The FIFA World Cup 2022 is currently in full swing, and football fans around the globe cannot get enough of the action.
Speaking of American football, Steelers wide receiver George Pickens had the ideal World Cup celebration by mimicking Cristiano Ronaldo’s “siu” dance after scoring a crucial 2-point conversion on “Monday Night Football” in the fourth quarter.
In November, the Portuguese star first explained a hallmark in recent years: Ronaldo’s celly.
I don’t know why; It’s just natural for me to start saying “siiii” when we would win, Ronaldo stated (via source). I don’t know where this celebration is coming from; I scored the goal, and it just came out; honestly, it was natural. I was in the USA, and we played against Chelsea.
“Since then, I’ve done it more frequently, and I feel that when people see it, they say things like, ‘Cristiano, siiiiiuuu.'” Because of that, people are reminded of me.’ That’s good, and I’ll keep doing it that way.
Pickens has a lot to be happy about because he quickly becomes Kenny Pickett’s top target despite a lackluster three-catch, 57-yard performance against the Colts.
Check back to see if Ronaldo has any Pickens-related plans for his upcoming Portugal appearance.
