Washington Wizards’ Corey Kispert is out for 4-6 weeks with a sprained left ankle

The Wizards announced Wednesday that Corey Kispert is expected to miss four to six weeks with a sprained left ankle.

Kispert stepped on his opponent’s foot during a Sunday preseason game against the Golden State Warriors in Japan.

The Wizards kick off the regular season in Indiana on October 19, so that schedule will keep Kispert out for the first few games.
